More Than 400 Students Graduate from Pine-Richland High Shool

Pine-Richland High School seniors became graduates on June 7, 2019. This is the first graduating class to be made up of more than 400 seniors with a count of 413 to be exact.
The PRHS Class of 2019 earned more than $6,181,495 in merit scholarships. In all, 14 were named National Merit Scholars. Students have been accepted to the U.S. Naval Academy (2) and the U.S. Air Force Academy (1) with three students enlisting into the U.S. Navy, two enlisting into the U.S. Air Force, and one enlisting in the U.S. Marines.
The members of the Pine-Richland High Band, PRHS Choir, Air Force Junior ROTC Color Guard participated in the opening ceremonies.
Student speakers included Valedictorian Lauren Juncal, Salutatorian Jordan Labuda, and Tertiary Sam Skirpan. This year’s faculty speaker was Matthew Roberts. Board President Peter Lyons spoke along with Superintendent Brian Miller. Principal Nancy Bowman declared seniors graduates.
