Chatham Eden Hall hosts sourbread workshop

Chatham University’s Eden Hall campus was the site of a three-hour sourbread workshop on June 15 to teach interested community members how to make fougasse. This bread that originated in France benefits from slow fermentation, offering unique flavor and texture. The workshop included making the bread from scratch, tasting the finished product and taking home dough to make more.
